Frequently Asked Questions
What age can my baby start swimming?
We welcome infants from 4 months old. At this age, babies have good neck control and learn new skills quickly.
What is the maximum group size for your lessons?
The maximum group size is 5 pax per group.
What should my baby wear for swimming sessions?
Children under 5 must wear swim diapers, even if toilet trained, to prevent accidents. Ensure the diaper fits snugly around the hips. Disposable swim diapers are available at the front desk.
How long are the swimming sessions?
Baby and toddler sessions are 30 minutes; kids' classes are 45 minutes. This is due to the shorter concentration span and quick fatigue of younger children.
What should I know about feeding my baby before a swim lesson?
We recommend feeding your baby an hour before the lesson starts and keeping the portion light. If they don't eat anything, they may become hangry, affecting both their mood and swimming performance.
Can parents attend the swimming sessions with the baby?
Yes. However, to prevent overcrowding, only one adult may enter the pool with each child. Parents can take turns participating in the 10 lessons. Our sessions strengthen the parent-child bond and create a shared experience. Parents are the best teachers for their children.
How early should I arrive for my lesson?
Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in and help your child change. This ensures they don’t miss any lesson time and have a better class experience.
Do you offer any trial classes?
Yes! Trial classes for baby and toddler swimming lessons are available. It's a great way to experience our program and see how your little one enjoys the water.
How deep is the pool?
Our pool is 1 meter deep.
What is the temperature of the pool?
Our swimming pools are maintained at a temperature range of 31°C - 33°C.
If I am absent, are there any makeup lessons available for my child?
All our packages include 10 classes and must be completed within 12 weeks. Please note that make-up credits cannot be carried over to the next term.
