What skills will my baby learn?
Introduction
Our primary goal is to make sure your baby is safe and comfortable in the pool. At this stage, your baby will gain familiarity with the water, learning how to explore the water safely and confidently. They will also learn proper kicking and paddling techniques, as well as breath control, including how to hold their breath on command.
Water Safety
Through engaging activities and water play, your baby will learn a variety of essential water safety skills, including submersion, holding their breath underwater, learning the correct and gentle method to enter the water safely, and exploring buoyancy independently through free floating.
Survival Skills
With consistent attendance and gradual progress in lessons, your baby will learn crucial survival skills like back-floating, where they float calmly and relaxed. Furthermore, they will learn to grip and hold onto objects, as well as exit the pool independently.
