Payment Policy and Fees
All fees must be paid promptly on a term basis.
Failure to make school fees by the specified payment date will result in the slot release for the subsequent term.
Once a term commences, all fees paid are non-refundable. It is the responsibility of each student and their family to attend the lessons they have committed.
If the request is made within fourteen (14) days prior to the first lesson, a cancellation charge of RM50.00 will apply.
Cancellation and Make-Up Policy
The Academy will be closed on public holidays, and no charges will be applied for lessons on these days.
Make-up lessons can be scheduled for any missed regular class, excluding adult classes. Parents are required to notify the school at least 2 hours before the lesson. A valid Medical Certificate in the student’s name must be submitted within one week to validate the absence retroactively.
Make-up lessons may only take place in the original class.
All group packages consist of 10 classes to be completed within 12 weeks. Make-up credits cannot be carried forward to the subsequent term.
The Academy reserves the right to arrange a relief coach during the regular coach's absence. Lessons conducted by a relief coach will be charged, regardless of the student's decision to abstain.
The Academy reserves the right to cancel or postpone lesson in unforeseen situation or when a relief coach is unavailable.
Students are initially grouped based on age in the first term and may be regrouped according to individual progression. Consequently, the timing of lessons is subject to change.
The Academy reserves the right to terminate enrollment for non-compliance with the cancellation and make-up policy or for any other reason deemed necessary.
General Policy
Before entering the pool, all users must rinse off under the shower.
Parents or guardians must actively supervise their child during swimming sessions.
The Academy is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings.
The Academy reserves the rights to use photos or videos taken during swimming sessions for training, promotional and marketing purposes. Permission will not be sought from any individual.
Respectful behavior towards instructors, staff, and other parents is expected at all times.
The Academy reserves the right to terminate enrollment for disruptive or disrespectful behavior.
Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions by the Academy is confirmed upon registration.
The Academy reserves the right to modify the above rules as needed and retains the right to refund or reject customers.
Attire Policy
All students below 5 years old, must wear a swim diapers. For reusable swim diapers, please ensure that the leg fittings are snug. If the fit is not snug, kindly wear a disposable swim diaper underneath the reusable one. If you don't have one, they are available for purchase at our front desk.
Parents must wear appropriate swim attire; shorts, t-shirts, or long pants are strictly not allowed.
